Support desk

Our support department is available for you at any time to support you with any questions or problems which may arise while using the software. Our experienced staff is usually able to have you up and running again when something comes up. For added security it is possible to have a SLA in place.

Issues which require more time will be registered in our TaskManager helpdesktool. You will be able to login and monitor the progress 24/24.

Support tool ISL

In order to efficiently assist you our staff may ask you permission to take control of your desktop. For this we use the remote desktop tool ISL.
